Services Provided:
SCBI currently prints and/or mails over
1.2 million pieces of mail per month. Although our customer
base is very diverse, the majority of our work is done in
the following areas:
- Telecommunications
- Medical
- Financial
- Government
SCBI has the capability of mailing your printed documents (such as checks, W2's, or statements) or receiving print files through email
or FTP for printing on our equipment. If we print from a text file we can manipulate the image before processing.
We also have software to sort the files for the post office sequencing
requirements to achieve maximum postal savings.
We are currently operating three high speed Xerox printers. Two can print in black and white plus one color and/or use spot coloring to
highlight important information.
For mail inserting and/or addressing we use the following equipment:
Two Pitney Bowes
mail inserting machines
- A Flowmaster FX 14 rated at 14,000 pieces/hour
- A Model 8 series, smart inserter, rated at 8,000 pieces/hour
Each machine has:
- Six Inserting Stations
- Dual accumulators ( 8 pages
folded and nested)
- Selective inserting capability
Two Bryce 30K Direct Address Machines for those items that are addressed but not inserted into an envelope.
- Each machine can address 30,000 pieces/hour
- 8 Lines of Address
- 300 DPI print density
