Services Provided:

ILEC \ CLEC is responsible for development and maintenance of the Independent Telephone Company Billing System (ITCBS).  This is a Client Site Software Product used by Telecom service providers.  The ITCBS provides Billing, Service Orders, Trouble Reporting, Dispatch and Physical Plant Maintenance to a variety of Telecom customers.  ITCBS, in conjunction with services provided by other departments, allows Southwest Computer Bureau to provide consolidated billing for our Telecom clients.  In development since 1992, ITCBS  has evolved into a comprehensive billing package for local services, pager, internet, long distance and other Telecom services.  ITCBS contains many of the features needed in an OSS package and seamlessly integrates the functions of billing and basic customer care.  Service order and Trouble reporting systems in ITCBS provide group assignment functions and extensive history retention.  The Physical Plant portion of ITCBS is flexible and can support functions from rural wire line to complex purchase circuits
